Delivery Timeframes

The following delivery timeframes apply to all orders placed with Viloa.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after being placed. Orders submitted on business days are generally processed within one business day. Orders placed on Friday evenings, weekends, or public holidays may require additional processing time.

Shipping & Delivery
Once an order has been processed and dispatched, delivery is estimated to take 8–12 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, carrier, and external circumstances.

While we strive to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process, delivery timeframes cannot be guaranteed.


Placing an Order

To place an order, select the desired product and add it to your shopping cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the correct product options, variants, and quantities are selected prior to checkout. During checkout, customers must provide complete and accurate billing and shipping information. Viloa is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

After confirming shipping details, customers may proceed to payment.


Payment Methods & Security

All payments are processed through SSL-encrypted payment systems, ensuring a secure payment environment.

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Klarna (deferred payment)

  • Credit Card (American Express, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa)

  • PayPal

  • EPS

  • Sofort (immediate transfer)

Once payment is successfully completed, the order will be confirmed.


Shipping Costs

All orders are shipped free of charge.
There is no minimum order value, and all applicable shipping and delivery costs are covered by Viloa unless otherwise stated.


Order Fulfillment & Dispatch

Viloa makes every effort to process and ship orders as efficiently as possible. To maintain competitive pricing and operational efficiency, orders may be consolidated and dispatched in bulk once minimum shipment volumes are reached.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept this fulfillment method.


Delays & External Factors

Delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to high order volumes, carrier disruptions, customs processing, strikes, natural events, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Viloa shall not be held liable for delays caused by such external factors.

Customers seeking expedited or same-day dispatch are advised to contact our customer service team prior to placing an order to discuss available options.
